Plan to attend this "hands-on" 3-credit summer workshop and learn how to implement the newly released materials included in the Teacher Resource Guide for Rangeland Principles in your classroom. This class is full!

This unique workshop, hosting teachers from Idaho, Utah, and Nevada, will provide opportunities to get on the ground and explore some local rangeland ecosystems under the guidance of university professors, rangeland extension specialists, and other local experts. Topics will include an overview of rangelands, rangeland plants, rangeland animals, monitoring rangelands, forces of change, and integrated rangeland management. Teachers will also spend a day learning about the new regional rangeland FFA career development event. Lodging (included in registration) will be at the Clover Creek Inn, including a complimentary continental breakfast. Credit fees are not included in workshop registration.
